SLJ Introduction

Hi, my name is Josh. I go to Hornby High School and I am in year 7. I'm in 7ds. I am interested in Football, Basketball and Rugby League. My friends are Niko, Ais a, Nature, Gerald, Axel, Jeff, Ryan, Christian, Lasa, Levi, Tyler, Tukotahi, Blake, Bryce, Larv, JV, Khush, John, Tai, Kody. Maths is my Favourite School subject.

Stone carving

For stone carving Me and my Good friend, Tukotahi (Tuks) Are making ABig H for the Hornby High School logo We are going to make it out of Omaru stone. This will be good for me and him so we canlearnd to draw big and better things... This is it so far.

I couldn't make my one with Tukz because my small Koro broke and I needed to make it into a ball with sandpaper and a cheese grater but by the time I had finished the ball he was already in a group so I'm now making another small one. This time I will be more careful.

Stone carving in the workshop

Today group B done some work on the Omaru stone. I got up to the stage where I needed to use sand paper to make it smoother. I used the chisel, sandpaper, rasp, cheese grater. My next step is to round it more so it is as round as a tennis ball with the sand paper
Maybe I will need to round it with a cheese grater and then I will sand paper it so it get really smooth.
The bad thing about my one is it is really short.

              Stone Art, Omaru stone Koru art

Stone carving. For passion projects I am doing Stone carving or Stone art. we the class that I am in are doing Koru's. We use Chisels, Saw's, Cheese graters. the cheese graters arent Actually cheese graters. they have the same blates to cut ad cheese graters but the can make things less sharp or make corners blunt so they don't cut people. Omaru stone is really weak. Here is the picture of the Koru that I will make from  Omaru stone

In cybersmart I was searching up questions and using filters. There was a big question. The question was, this invention was  initially created as a walking machine and then was tweaked in 1932 to become amphibious. But neither of these are its main purpose now. What is the invention? It is a amphibious bike.
